Design Process

Quotation – Here you get the opportunity to sketch out your dream –

To start off the process please kindly request a quotation by contacting us, briefly stating the outline of what you are interested in having done as well as your budget. This information will be used to create a basic idea of your requirements, the level of sophistication, detail and amount of time necessary to deliver the project and in turn generate the quotation. Once the quotation has been discussed, fully understood and accepted by both parties the project can begin.

Deposit – Here you instruct us to take on the task of making your dream into a reality –

A 30% deposit is required before the commencement of the next phase of your project. This is to secure the amount of time, effort and dedication required in providing you with the best possible design based on your initial requirements. Once the Design Phase have commenced this deposit will only become refundable if for some unforeseen reason the project needs to be cancelled by Breathe Life Designs.

Design Brief – Here you provide us with the information we need to start making your dream into a reality –

It is vitally important that we fully understand your vision. By completing a Design Brief you are providing us with the necessary information to enable us to outline the project objectives, a more precise timeline and required budget. During this stage the approximate timescale will be confirmed which includes when the Design Concepts, as well as the follow-on Design Revisions, can be expected.

Market Research – Here we research the market to turn your dream into unique design concepts –

For our designs to be cutting-edge requires a thorough search of the market to identify current market leading trends, themes, styles and functionality. Market Research is also important to further define objectives in more detail. We request that you trust our abilities and experience.

Design Conceptualisations – Here you get to choose the concept that will be turned into your unique design –

We will develop several Design Concepts based on the information gathered to this point, which will be presented to you in a reduced quality digital format sent to you via e-mail and WhatsApp communications.

Design Revision – Here we provide you with the final ‘look and feel’ of your unique design –

For us to get the required design spot-on it is important that you are given the opportunity to review the proposed design and provide as much feedback as possible. We will work tirelessly with you in meeting your expectations and finalising the design accordingly.

Account Settlement – Here you become the proud owner of your unique design –

Only after you are satisfied with your unique design and the project has been approved and signed-off, are you required to settle the outstanding balance of the account.

Design Artwork Release – Here you take delivery of your unique design ready for the market –

As soon as the account has been settled all artwork will be compiled and released, sent to you via email or a WeTransfer folder in case files are too large.
